Sales Executive for Design Campaign

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our design services and marketing campaign solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets for design and creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Promote the company's design, branding, and creative campaign services to prospective clients.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to develop suitable solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
