Sales Executive for Pallet and Wood Industrial Solutions
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive sales of our high-quality pallet and wood packaging solutions. In this role, you'll engage with businesses across industries such as logistics, manufacturing, and retail to provide tailored wood-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and target potential clients in industries like logistics, manufacturing, and retail that need pallet and wood packaging. Achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Presentations & Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our pallet and wood solutions to potential clients, customizing presentations to their specific needs.
- Order Fulfillment & Coordination: Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and quality control.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to adapt sales strategies and maintain competitiveness.
- Customer Support & Problem Solving: Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, opportunities, and market insights to management.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- the candidate are currently in Bahrain
- Minimum 3Yrs Experience in pallet companies or related industrial sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
