Sales Executive for Truck Dispatch USA (Male /Female)

Auto Connect is urgently looking to hire motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Maintain company's reputation

Requirements:

• Must have 3-12 months of Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Attractive salary with other benefits as per company policy
• Qualification: Matric-Bachelors

Basic Salary: Rs30,000.00 – Rs50,000.00 per month+ Commissions and monthly rewards

Timings: 6pm to 3am
