Job Title: Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

Company Overview:
We are a growing logistics and freight forwarding company offering complete solutions across sea, air, and land freight. Our services include customs brokerage, warehousing, and cargo handling. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generated new business across UAE for sea freight, air freight, and land freight.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Generate leads and convert them into profitable sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and present competitive freight quotations (Sea, Air & Land).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Identify market trends and new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales.
  • Strong understanding of international shipping processes and Incoterms.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • UAE Driving License (preferred, if based in UAE).
