Sales Executive (Freshers)

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and identify new leads for aluminium window and door systems.

Assist in conducting client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and homeowners.

Support in preparing quotations and learning basic negotiation techniques to close sales.

Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Work towards achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of internship experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication and client-handling skills.

Willingness to learn about aluminium window and door systems (training will be provided).

Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven mindset.

Ability to travel for client visits and site inspections.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
