Job Title: Sales Executive – Frozen Division (Food Industry)

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive – Frozen Division is responsible for developing sales of frozen food products by managing existing accounts and acquiring new customers across retail, wholesale, and food service channels. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring effective distribution while maintaining cold-chain standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote frozen food products to distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and HORECA clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the frozen product portfolio in assigned territories
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, freezer placement, pricing, and competitor activities
  • Ensure proper cold-chain handling and product storage standards at customer locations
  • Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support effectively
  • Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and product performance
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans for management review

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the food industry, preferably in frozen or chilled products
  • Strong understanding of food distribution channels and cold-chain operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience handling frozen foods, cold storage, or FMCG products
  • Existing network with retailers, distributors, or food service clients
  • Knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
