1. Field Sales & Cold Calling
- Act as the frontline representative of the company in assigned territories
- Conduct cold visits to industries, commercial complexes, offices, institutions, and project sites
- Introduce company profile, products, and automation solutions
- Generate fresh sales inquiries through direct field interaction
2. Lead Generation & Market Coverage
- Identify potential customers such as industries, builders, consultants, hospitals, educational institutions, and offices
- Collect client details, decision-maker information, and basic project requirements
- Support expansion of the company’s customer base through consistent field activity
3. Initial Requirement Understanding
- Capture basic customer needs, project type, approximate budget, and timelines
- Explain standard product offerings at a preliminary level
- Escalate technical or complex queries to senior sales or technical teams
4. Coordination with Sales & Office Team
- Submit daily field visit reports and lead details
- Coordinate with telemarketing and senior sales executives for follow-ups
- Attend joint client meetings for learning and exposure
5. Sales Support & Follow-ups
- Conduct basic follow-ups with prospects under guidance
- Assist in arranging meetings, site visits, and demonstrations
- Support closure activities as instructed by senior sales executives
6. Learning & Skill Development
- Learn about low voltage products, automation solutions, pricing basics, and sales processes
- Attend internal training programs, product sessions, and review meetings
- Continuously improve communication, presentation, and client handling skills
7. Reporting, Discipline & Professional Conduct
- Maintain daily activity logs (visits, cold calls, leads generated)
- Follow company policies, reporting structure, and field discipline
- Represent the company professionally at all times
