Sales Executive – Full Time (Female Candidates only)

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Sales Executive (on-site, Doha) to drive new business growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting AceCreativez services, building strong client relationships, and closing deals, while collaborating with the internal team to deliver tailored marketing solutions.

Qualifications

• Female candidate (mandatory)
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or agency environment in Qatar
• Strong ability to generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of the Qatari market and client acquisition strategies
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with digital marketing services (branding, social media, paid ads) is a strong advantage
• Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
• Valid Qatar Driving License

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: QAR 8,000

Working Hours

• Full-time role
• 6 days per week (Friday off)
