Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Furniture Showroom Sales Representative who can confidently handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, good product and technical knowledge of furniture, and the ability to guide customers on materials, measurements, and customization options.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Experience

• Welcome showroom visitors and understand their needs, budget, and preferences
• Present furniture collections effectively and highlight product benefits
• Convert walk-in inquiries into confirmed sales
• Handle price objections and close deals professionally
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products

Product & Technical Knowledge

• Explain furniture materials (solid wood, MDF, plywood, upholstery, finishes)
• Advise customers on sizes, space planning, and layout suitability
• Handle custom furniture inquiries, measurements, and specifications
• Explain lead times, warranties, installation, and maintenance

Quotations & Order Processing

• Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders
• Coordinate with factory, warehouse, and delivery teams
• Ensure order accuracy from booking to final delivery

Follow-ups & After-Sales

• Follow up with customers for approvals and payments
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
• Maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business

System & Reporting

• Update customer details and sales data in CRM / POS systems
• Use WhatsApp Business, email, and digital catalogs for customer communication
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in furniture showroom sales or interior retail (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of furniture materials, finishes, and customization
• Ability to read basic measurements and floor plans
• Comfortable using POS systems, CRM, WhatsApp Business, and email
• Customer-focused, presentable, and sales-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
