We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Glass & Aluminium to generate business opportunities, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets for aluminium and glass projects in Dubai/UAE.
The ideal candidate should have strong UAE market experience in aluminium, glass, façade, or construction-related sales with the ability to identify new business opportunities, coordinate with technical teams, and manage the sales process from inquiry to project award.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in aluminium and glass sectors.
- Generate sales leads through contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and project owners.
- Promote company products and services related to:
- Aluminium works,Glass & Glazing system,Curtain wall, Doors & windows,ACP Cladding
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with estimation and technical departments.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project status.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities.
- Coordinate project handover from sales to execution teams.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and client databases.
- Support management in business development strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE sales experience in aluminium, glass, façade, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium and glass products/systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/reporting tools.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
- Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers in UAE.
- Existing market network in aluminium and glass industry.
- Experience in project-based sales and tender follow-up.
- Familiarity with UAE construction market and project cycles.
Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
