Sales Executive – Global Visa Solutions

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in global visa services and tours. Our mission is to simplify visa processes for clients worldwide while delivering exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our footprint globally.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will focus primarily on inbound sales inquiries, also to contribute to outbound lead generation. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through our services, building trust, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from clients globally, providing accurate information and excellent service.
  • Identify potential leads and contribute to outbound sales efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their visa needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize client experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of core sales experience; experience in travel, visa, or related services preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in closing sales and achieving targets.
  • Comfortable handling both inbound inquiries and potential outbound leads.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
