- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calls, networking, emails, or events.
- Client Engagement: Meet clients (in-person/virtual) to present, demonstrate, and explain products/services.
- Sales Process: Manage the entire cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiating terms.
- Account Management: Nurture existing client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records in CRM, track progress, and report on sales performance.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and support teams for a seamless client experience.
