Position: Sales Executive / Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)

Job Purpose
To provide excellent customer service, assist customers in selecting jewellery products, and support the achievement of store sales targets while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and company policies to customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
- Ensure jewellery displays are clean, attractive, and properly arranged.
- Assist in stock handling, product displays, and inventory checks when required.
- Support billing and sales documentation processes.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
Preferred Candidates
- Female candidates .
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic English and Hindi communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Store Manager / Sales Manager

Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Education: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
