About the Role: We are a rapidly expanding medical services provider in Dubai seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our corporate sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for securing exclusive B2B healthcare service contracts, with a strong focus on the Hospitality and Hotel sector.
We are looking for a true "hunter" who knows how to bypass gatekeepers, pitch to hotel management and procurement directors, and close high-value annual contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and aggressively prospect new B2B clients, specifically targeting luxury and commercial hotels across the UAE.
- Conduct high-level meetings with Hotel General Managers and Procurement Heads to pitch comprehensive medical/healthcare service contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and report daily activity using CRM standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the UAE (Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Corporate Hospitality sales preferred).
- Network: Existing relationships within the UAE hotel and hospitality sector is a massive advantage.
- Skills: Elite presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Mobility: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory (this is a 100% field-based role).
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
