We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business for our medical manpower outsourcing services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, Corporate clients , schools , nurseries and universities and securing staffing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities
Promote and sell medical staffing services (Nurses, doctors, alliead health practitioners, pharmacists technicians, caregivers)
Build strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers
Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
Requirements:
2+ years experience in healthcare sales, recruitment, or staffing
Strong network in healthcare industry (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Knowledge of medical staffing needs is a plus
Compensation:
Basic salary + high commission on each contract closed
