Job Description:
MAAC Home – a contemporary luxury brand based in Dubai – is seeking ambitious and experienced Outdoor and Tele-Sales Executives. We specialize in premium furniture, home décor, lighting, and accessories, offering over 1,000 curated designs that cater to modern lifestyles.

This is a high-reward opportunity for sales professionals with a proven track record in B2B and B2C furniture or interiors sales. Candidates who consistently perform will be considered for a permanent, full-time position within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell MAAC Home’s luxury furniture, home décor items, lighting, and accessories to both B2B and B2C clients(interior designers, holiday homes, real estate firms, showrooms, and contractors) and retail consumers
  • Identify, approach, and convert new leads through outdoor visits, direct marketing, and scheduled meetings
  • Present products and solutions tailored to each client’s interior style and functional needs
  • Negotiate pricing, manage inquiries, and finalize deals in alignment with business goals
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent customer service
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, email campaigns, and lead-generation activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE-based experience in furniture, lighting, or home décor sales (Tele-Sales, B2B or outdoor sales)
  • Existing network and client relationships within interior design, holiday homes, real estate, or hospitality sectors
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the region
  • Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa required)
  • Self-driven, well-presented, and results-oriented
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp/email marketing and CRM tools is an advantage
