Responsibilities
- Generate leads from HORECA prospects
- Deliver proposal presentations for clients in response to request of pricing/product queries
- Resolve customer claims and complaints without delay to the satisfaction of the customer and the company. Ensures all complaints are recorded and in customer record.
- Manage overdue payments with the help of the AR team
- Maintain sales and profit margins through reports and documentation
- Ensure all company policies, procedures and code of conduct are communicated and implemented within the team
- Present reports during sales meetings
- Work with the accounts receivables team to manage and keep track of client payments
- Work with the customer service team to get orders processed accurately
- Work with the procurement team to update inventory and build pipeline based on forecast
Skills and Qualifications
- UAE Driver’s license mandatory
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 1-3 years of Foodservice/HORECA experience preferably in UAE
- Strong technology/digital orientation, and proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong communication skills
- Presentable and confident
