We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, promoting Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) solutions, closing sales, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and business opportunities
- Meet clients and understand project requirements
- Promote HVM products, including bollards, road blockers, crash-rated gates, and related security solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales
- Coordinate with suppliers, design, and project teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Monitor market trends and identify upcoming project opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM), perimeter security, physical security, or related industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driving license preferred
- Knowledge of PAS 68, IWA 14, ASTM F2656, or similar standards is an advantage
- Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and government clients is preferred
