What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively prospecting and pitching to corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers to drive room nights and venue bookings
- Managing the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed contract
- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline while consistently hitting monthly revenue targets
- Representing the hotel in client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Working closely with the reservations and events team to put together tailored proposals and packages
What You Need to Have
- 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in hospitality, travel, or a client-facing role
- Strong communicator — confident on the phone, in person, and over email
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- An existing network of corporate accounts or travel trade contacts is a strong advantage
Pay: BD600.000 - BD800.000 per month
