About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts across Hypermarkets, Supermarkets and B2B clients in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling household products such as kitchenware, household plastics, toys, ironing boards, cloth dryers and trolley bags and will be responsible for expanding our market share and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchasing managers of hypermarkets, supermarkets, and wholesale distributors.
  • Identify and onboard new B2B clients including retail chains, department stores, and institutional buyers.
  • Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and negotiations.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Create and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.

Market Research & Product Development

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Recommend new product lines and improvements based on market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop tailored offerings for different retail segments.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback summaries.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of household products (kitchenware, plastics, toys, laundry accessories, trolley bags).
  • Strong network within Bahrain’s retail and wholesale sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and interpret data for strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid Bahrain driving license required.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; Arabic is a plus.
