Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, tenants, and property owners.
Identify client needs and provide suitable property options.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Stay updated with current market trends, competitors, and pricing.
Prepare necessary documentation for sales and leasing transactions.
Coordinate with the marketing and administrative teams for lead generation and follow-ups.
Represent the company professionally in client meetings and networking events
Minimum 1 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of the local property market.
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
