Sales Executive (HR Department)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to clients.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, tenants, and property owners.

  • Identify client needs and provide suitable property options.

  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

  • Stay updated with current market trends, competitors, and pricing.

  • Prepare necessary documentation for sales and leasing transactions.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and administrative teams for lead generation and follow-ups.

  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings and networking events


Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of the local property market.

  • Presentable and professional demeanor.

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.

  • UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
