Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive with proven experience in SaaS or technology product sales, preferably in the HR Tech or enterprise software domain. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of B2B software sales cycles, client relationship management, and consultative selling to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads through networking, research, and inbound/outbound strategies.
  • Present and demonstrate the HRMS product to potential clients through online and in-person meetings.
  • Understand client needs and map them effectively with product features and solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and product demos to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams for lead nurturing and feedback.
  • Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Stay updated with HR technology trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling HRMS, ERP, CRM, or Payroll software will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, demo presentations, and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 2 of experience in B2B software or SaaS product sales (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
