Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our client base, sell sponsorships and partnership packages, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the region. You will play a key role in driving Hyperight’s growth in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the UAE and GCC.
• Conduct outbound sales calls
• Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients across sectors such as AI, Data, Technology, and Digital Transformation.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and event management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track all activities in CRM and provide regular sales reports.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales (events, conferences, media, or tech sales preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives.
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
