Sales Executive - Interior Fit Out

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to identify and secure new interior fit-out projects across the UAE. You will be responsible for building relationships with property developers, consultants, and commercial tenants to promote our turnkey solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and lead-generate for new commercial, retail, and residential fit-out opportunities.
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and take initial measurements.
• Coordinate with the design and estimation team to prepare competitive quotes and mood boards.
• Navigate UAE authority requirements (DM, DCD, Concordia) to explain timelines to clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to contract signing and handover to the project manager.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in the UAE Interior Fit-out .
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and technical drawings.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Essential).
