We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales to meet project and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and design sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with project scope and budget.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the department.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote Art Source’s offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in sales for interior fit-out or similar project-based roles.
- Proven track record in handling B2B project sales, preferably in commercial, hospitality etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
