Sales executive- Interior fitout Projects

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales to meet project and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and design sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with project scope and budget.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the department.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote Art Source’s offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in sales for interior fit-out or similar project-based roles.
  • Proven track record in handling B2B project sales, preferably in commercial, hospitality etc.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Fundraising: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
