About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the sales of IPS consumables. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, established relationships within hospitals and healthcare facilities, and the ability to drive sales growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell IPS consumables to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in IPS consumables or related healthcare products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hospitals, healthcare facilities, and the medical sector.
• Strong network of contacts within hospitals and healthcare organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
