Sales Executive - IT

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive - IT to join our team. As a valued member of our Sales team, you will play a key role in driving revenue and fostering client relationships. This position is instrumental in expanding the company’s market reach, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.
• Network with existing clients to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up calls.
• Cold-call potential clients to create interest in products & services and generate new business leads.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on a wide range of computer products, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and accessories.
• Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale.
• Maintain product knowledge to stay updated with the latest technological advancements.
• Understand customers’ diverse, specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
• Perform activities like Supplier Registrations, Licence Renewals etc for the clients
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ UAE Sales experience in IT hardware and peripherals.
• An intricate knowledge of IT hardware and software.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for Sales
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
