About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities and sell our IT services, including Website & Mobile App Development, Software Solutions, and Digital Marketing.

You will play a key role in driving company growth by building strong client relationships and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and sell IT services to potential clients.
  • Conduct cold calls and arrange meetings with prospects.
  • Develop a strong understanding of company services and offerings.
  • Travel across the UAE for client meetings when required.
  • Follow up with prospects to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to refine sales strategies.
  • Conduct online research to identify new opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the IT industry (web/app development or digital marketing preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
