Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Executive – POS Solutions to drive sales of point-of-sale (POS) hardware and billing software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, pitching tailored solutions, and closing deals. This role requires in-office presence and occasional travel with the Founder for client meetings and field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Identify and reach out to potential clients in retail, F&B, and service sectors
✔ Conduct product demonstrations (offline + online) and tailor POS/billing solutions to client needs
✔ Generate sales leads, qualify prospects, and develop sales pipelines
✔ Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
✔ Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✔ Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementations
Required Qualifications & Skills:
✅ 1–3 years of experience in sales (IT, hardware, technology, or retail solutions preferred)
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✅ Strong customer-centric approach and result-oriented mindset
✅ Ability to travel for client meetings and accompany the Founder as required
✅ Comfortable working from office and participating in field sales visits
✅ Familiarity with POS, billing, or business software is a plus
