We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Executive to expand our business in joinery, glass, metal works, and interior/architectural hardware or material trading. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the interior fit-out industry or experience selling architectural materials, with solid technical knowledge and a proven ability to develop client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for joinery, glass, metal works, and architectural materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, interior designers, and procurement teams.
- Promote company services and material solutions through client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical submissions.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Client & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (estimation, production, operations, and procurement) to ensure accurate pricing and technical support.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to project execution teams.
- Provide clients with timely updates on quotations, deliveries, and project status.
- Resolve client concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Technical Understanding
- Understand and explain joinery, glass, metal fabrication, and architectural hardware products to clients.
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate proposals.
- Conduct site visits when required to assess project needs and verify measurements.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on market trends, new materials, product lines, and competitor activities.
- Recommend strategies to management based on market feedback and demand trends.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in joinery, glass, metal, interior fit-out, or architectural hardware/material trading sales (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of joinery fabrication, metal works, glass installation, and interior materials.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand material specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred or required based on company policy).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
