Sales Executive - Joinery & Interior Fit-out

We are an established Joinery & Fit-out company looking for a technically-skilled Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires a professional who not only has sales grit but also understands the technicalities of woodworks, production, and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for bespoke joinery (doors, wardrobes, kitchens) and full interior fit-out projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Interior Designers, Consultants, and Main Contractors.
• Understand and interpret Technical Drawings and BOQs to provide accurate project solutions.
• Collaborate with the production and estimation teams to ensure timely and competitive quotes.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract signing and project hand-over.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of Sales experience specifically in the UAE Joinery/Fit-out market.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of joinery materials, manufacturing processes, and finishes.
• License: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Communication: Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
