Sales Executive – Juices & Sanitized Items (HORECA)

Location: Nadd Al Hamar, Dubai

Sunberry Food Processing is hiring a specialized HORECA Sales Executive for our Juices and Sanitized Items division.

This role is not for general sales profiles. Only candidates with direct, hands-on experience in this category should apply.

This Role Is For You If You Have:

• Minimum 4–6 years of UAE HORECA sales experience.
• Proven experience selling juices and/or sanitized / hygiene products to HORECA clients.
• An active portfolio of restaurants, cafes, hotels, or catering companies.
• Strong negotiation skills with a clear track record of closing and retaining accounts.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, warehouse, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and grow the Juices & Sanitized Items sales portfolio
• Acquire and manage key HORECA accounts independently
• Conduct frequent client visits, tastings, and product demonstrations
• Achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Work closely with production, operations, and customer care teams
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• UAE driving license (own car strongly preferred)
• Field-based sales experience in the UAE HORECA sector only
• Strong product knowledge in juices and sanitized / hygiene items
• Excellent communication and client management skills
