About Graph
Established in 1982 as “Grill House,” what began as a grilles manufacturer quickly grew in scope, scale and stature. Today, “Graph” – signifying the precision-based, quality-focused engineering that goes into its products – is among Pakistan’s leading fabricator of aluminium, uPVC, steel and glass solutions for residential and commercial spaces including, but not limited to, doors, windows, façades, shower cabins, and safety installations (like grilles and railings).
Based in Lahore with a small franchise in Islamabad, our products are designed with purpose, engineered with precision, and built for life. From the Quaid-e-Azam Residency in Ziarat and the Combined Military Hospitals to the Prime Minister’s own residence and the M2 Motorway toll cabins, we’ve served over a million projects since setting up shop. Fun fact: every 1 in 4 projects in Lahore and 1 in 6 in Islamabad is Graph-made.
Why we’re hiring
With new leadership on board, we’re entering a new era. Graph is poised to expand its horizons, banking on its strengths and unparalleled expertise. Within 3 years, we’ll cover almost every inch of Pakistan’s high-value projects, expand our footprint to the Middle East, and become the go-to destination for those looking for a place where they’re valued, respected, and fairly rewarded. We’ll attain more certifications, invest heavily in research and development, and modernise the company to meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers. A rebrand is also being considered.
For all that to happen, there’s a lot that needs to be done. That’s why we’re bringing on board someone exceptional to the team who is willing to go the extra mile to help us reach our destination while simultaneously reaching theirs.
You’ll be perfect for the job if:
-
You’ve
mastered the art of selling
. A BBA or an MBA is a nice-to-have,
but
any bachelor’s or master’s degree will suffice as long as you know how to sell.
-
You have the
right professional experience
.
Even if you don’t
, if you believe you have demonstrated your sales or marketing experience outside your professional capacity (through, for instance, an extracurricular activity at college), we’ll consider that too. Talent knows no bounds, after all.
-
You
know what it takes to close deals
. Every client is unique. If you know how to manage their expectations effectively while putting a smile on their faces every single time, you’re the one we need. Building successful client relationships is critical to your success.
-
You’re comfortable with a
9 AM – 6 PM shift
(with a 15-minute leeway) for
six days a week
at our
Lahore
branch at Jammu Stop, Bedian Road, near Nawaz Sharif Interchange (i.e. DHA-6 Ring Road entry point).
-
You can fluently speak and write
Urdu
and
English
. Brownie points for those who also know Punjabi.
-
You can use a desktop computer. A solid
command over MS Excel
is a must-have.
-
You don’t mind
a little chaos (for now)
. We’re still a small business. Processes are currently being formalised. There’s a lot more that needs to be done to bring the Company in line with best practices worldwide. But, rest assured, we’re already working on it. Peace of mind is not far away.
-
You’re a
team player
. We currently have two Sales Executives on board. In due time, more will follow.
-
You’re
patient
. We’re still a small business with limited resources at hand. You might have expectations that we might not be able to meet (for now). Stick with us long enough and we will. If you’re an exceptional employee, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of properly. We want Graph to be your home away from home and, for that reason, we’ll do whatever it takes. Just give us time.
-
You’re
willing to go the extra mile
. As part of the Sales Team, we hope you’ll come up with neat ways to improve its performance. If your suggestions hold weight, we’ll help you bring them to life. Your ideas will certainly be valued here and your contributions rewarded.
What your day-to-day will look like
-
Dealing with walk-ins
: You’ll help visitors learn about our products and services, understand their requirements, and give them enough reasons to choose Graph for their fabrication needs.
-
Contacting leads
: The Business Development Team will share a list of prospects with you every day. Your goal will be to reach out to each prospect within 48 hours post-first contact and convince them to visit the showroom.
-
Preparing quotations
: You will use MS Excel or Google Sheets to prepare an estimate and share a copy with customers. Don’t worry, it’s pretty easy.
-
Following up with leads
: You’ll contact leads with quotations and see where they stand vis-à-vis their purchase decision. If they need a little nudge (like a price reduction or better terms), give them one.
-
Monitoring project
: You’ll reach out to the Production Team and see if a project will be timely completed. If they need anything to ensure project completion, make a note and let the CEO (or relevant personnel) know.
-
Keeping clients well-informed
: You’ll be the point of contact for all clients you’re charged with. Keep them informed at every step. If there’s something we need from their end (like payment of the remaining advance amount or an extension of project completion date), let them know.
-
Maintaining and updating customer database
: You’ll make sure the customer database – in print and on Google Sheets – is updated in real time. Proper record keeping processes will be expected of you.
-
Some “me time”
: You won’t be on your feet the entire day. You’ll have time for yourself. Make the most of it! We won’t interfere.
Your compensation package
If you’re selected for the job, we’ll offer you:
-
Between PKR 60,000-75,000 per month (excluding fuel allowance, mobile top-ups and overtime)
-
1-3% tiered-based commissions for every project you book (keeping in mind that a project, on average, can fetch roughly PKR 3-4 million)
-
5% guaranteed inflation-adjusted increment every 12 months
-
0-15% performance-based increment after every 12 months
-
Annual performance-based bonus equal to 50-100% of your monthly salary amount
Your compensation isn’t set in stone. Play your cards right and, once our financial position allows us to accommodate your needs, we’ll reconsider your renumeration. That’s the least we can do.
Your growth
We want you to achieve your goals, no matter what they are. So, if there’s anything you’ll need from us to ensure your success (like access to certain online learning tools, sponsorship for a professional training session, and so on), let us know. If we can make it happen, we will!
Your hard work will not go unrewarded. Know that, from day one, you’ll also be in consideration for the upcoming Sales Manager position. Put your best foot forward, make a great impression, be honest in your dealings, believe in the process, and reap the fruits of your labour.
After submitting your application, we’ll:
-
Call you
: If your application shows you have what it takes to assume this position, we’ll reach out to you for a 10-20 minutes’ icebreaker. Expect the usual but also some deep diving. We want to know you as a person. Your interests and motivations have a lot to say about you. It’s not just skills we’re after.
-
Invite you
: Colour us impressed by the end of the icebreaker and get invited to our humble abode for a 20-30 minutes’ conversation. This is the part where you are expected to show that you can sell – and sell well.
-
Hire you
: If you check all the boxes, we’ll extend an offer to you.
-
Apologise profusely
: We really wish we could hire all of you. In due time, we hope we can. That is what we mean when we envision ourselves as an employer of choice. For now, the only thing we can offer those who do not make it through is an explanation. And an apology. Hopefully, if our stars align, we’ll join forces someday.
Submit your application before DECEMBER 3, 2025, to apply.
