Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through cold calls, references, and field visits.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
• Present product information clearly and convincingly to clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships for renewals and referrals.
• Complete documentation and policy applications accurately.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and insurance industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (insurance experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a high level of self-motivation.
• Basic knowledge of life insurance products is an advantage.
