Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Life Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This role involves helping clients choose insurance policies that fit their needs, educating them on coverage options, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate is motivated, trustworthy, and excellent at communication and sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Generate new leads through calls
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Present and explain policy features, benefits, pricing, and coverage details.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Process applications, policy updates, and documentation accurately.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide post-sale customer support and handle inquiries or claims guidance.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in business, finance, marketing, or a related field).
- Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and present complex insurance information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
