Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Life Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This role involves helping clients choose insurance policies that fit their needs, educating them on coverage options, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate is motivated, trustworthy, and excellent at communication and sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Generate new leads through calls
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Present and explain policy features, benefits, pricing, and coverage details.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Process applications, policy updates, and documentation accurately.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide post-sale customer support and handle inquiries or claims guidance.
  • Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in business, finance, marketing, or a related field).
  • Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and present complex insurance information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
