Sales Executive - Luxury Fit-Out Projects

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive with proven experience in luxury fit-out projects. The role is fully target-driven and requires strong commercial acumen, refined client handling, and the ability to close high-value glass and aluminium fit-out solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of high-end fit-out, glass & aluminium projects
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
• Handle premium clients, consultants, and main contractors
• Conduct site visits and technical discussions with confidence
• Coordinate closely with estimation, design, and operations teams
• Lead negotiations and close contracts independently

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ sales experience in luxury fit-out / façade / glass & aluminium
• Strong understanding of specifications, drawings, and finishes
• Proven track record of closing high-value projects
• Professional presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills
• Results-oriented with a luxury brand mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
