Sales Executive (Male)

1. Daily Site Visits: Conduct daily site visits to various locations in Raipur, where ongoing projects are being executed.

2. Meetings with Architects and Interiors: Meet with architects and interior designers at these sites to discuss project progress, requirements, and other relevant matters.

3. Data Collection: Gather and document data on project progress, requirements, and other relevant information during site visits.

4. Reporting: Share the collected data with the Director via WhatsApp on a daily basis, ensuring timely updates and feedback.

5. Relationship Building: Foster relationships with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to promote business growth and identify new opportunities.

6. Market Feedback: Collect market feedback and insights during site visits to inform business decisions and improve sales strategies.

7. Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Number of daily site visits

- Quality of data collected and reported

- Frequency and effectiveness of meetings with architects and interior designers

- Sales growth and new business opportunities generated

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Knowledge of the construction and interior design industry

- Familiarity with Raipur market and its dynamics

- Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other digital communication tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
