Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the food manufacturing sector, including Bakery, Beverages, Snacks, Dairy, and Confectionery industries.
Key Responsibilities: * Business Development: Identify and approach potential food manufacturers and industrial clients to introduce FIPCo’s premium flavor solutions.
- B2B Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process—from initial cold calling and lead generation to technical meetings and closing deals.
- Technical Liaison: Coordinate with our R&D team to provide customized flavor samples to clients based on their specific product requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with procurement and production managers to ensure recurring orders.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry shifts to keep FIPCo ahead of the curve.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client feedback, and monthly targets.
Requirements: * Education: Intermediate
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience or Fresher can also apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and own transport for frequent field visits to industrial areas resident near by Korangi & Landhi.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
