PropFlo AI is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company helping Real Estate streamline “customer lifecycle and sales/post sales operations”.
We’ve built strong early traction and are now looking for our full-time sales hire to help us scale our revenue engine, shape the playbook, and build lasting customer relationships.
Role Overview :
You’ll be the first sales professional in the team responsible for driving qualified pipeline, closing deals, and helping us build a repeatable sales process. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, can operate independently, and wants to grow into a sales leadership role as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to demo, proposal, and closing.
- Work closely with the founder and marketing team to target ICP, refine messaging, and improve conversion rates.
- Run discovery calls and tailor product demos to customer use cases and business needs.
- Manage and grow a strong pipeline of inbound and outbound leads in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of closed deals.
- Gather market feedback and share insights with product and marketing for continuous improvement.
- Build foundational sales materials pitch decks, objection-handling sheets, pricing models, and follow-up templates.
- Track key metrics (SQLs, win rate, sales cycle, ACV) and report weekly progress.
Ideal Profile :
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to SMBs, mid-market or Enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills ability to translate tech into value.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho or similar) and basic sales automation tools.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building systems from scratch.
- Curiosity to understand customer workflows and propose value-driven solutions.
- A growth mindset willing to learn, experiment, and iterate fast.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in ProptechSaaS or selling to Real estate, Construction, proptech, or related sectors.
- Exposure to product-led or inbound-driven sales motions.
- Early-stage startup experience or a desire to be part of a 0→100 journey.
