Sales Executive - Manpower

Lujain Manpower is an agency specialized in domestic worker recruitment. We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Sales Executive to manage client inquiries and oversee full placement process.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries.

- Send CVs and recommend suitable workers.

- Assisting clients in selecting the right candidate.

- Meet clients in the office.

- Prepare contracts and enter sales into company system.

- Follow-up processing and arrival updates.

- Handle after-sales service and client concerns, maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales of manpower/cleaning agency.

- Strong communication skills: ARABIC LANGUAGE REQUIRED, understanding of English is a plus.

- Confident and customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and patience.

- Organized and detail-focused.

- Target-driven mindset.

Salary: Starting QAR 6'000/month + bonus.

Flexible office hours.
