Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and promote our white-collar recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert prospects through indoor (tele calling, email, office visits) and outdoor (client meetings, site visits) sales activities
- Identify and secure new clients seeking outsourcing and staffing solutions.
- Promote white-collar recruitment services across industries such as construction, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Maintain a structured database of leads, prospects, and follow-ups
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Travel locally for client meetings (UAE driving license required)
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in business development or sales within the manpower outsourcing/ staffing (white/ blue collar) sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with UAE market dynamics and client expectations
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
