Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the manpower / outsourcing industry to join our team in JAFZA to drive client acquisition and promote our manpower supply services across construction, logistics, and facilities management sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business for manpower and outsourcing services in JAFZA and UAE through indoor (telecalling, email, office visits) and outdoor (client meetings, site visits) sales activities
- Pitch manpower services to target industries and secure new business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Coordinate with operations and HR teams for timely deployment of workers
- Maintain a structured database of leads, prospects, and follow-ups
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Travel locally for client meetings (UAE driving license required)
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales in JAFZA or Free Zone clients is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with UAE market dynamics and client expectations
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
