Job Summary:
The Matrimonial Sales Executive is responsible for enrolling clients into matrimonial membership plans, explaining services, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and converting leads into paid memberships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective clients and explain matrimonial services.
- Promote and sell membership packages.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
- Provide relationship guidance regarding profile creation and partner preferences.
- Coordinate with customer support team for service delivery.
- Handle walk-in customers and tele-calling leads.
- Update daily sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain professional and ethical communication with clients.
