Sales Executive (Matrimonial) - T. Nagar, Chennai

Job Summary:

The Matrimonial Sales Executive is responsible for enrolling clients into matrimonial membership plans, explaining services, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and converting leads into paid memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective clients and explain matrimonial services.
  • Promote and sell membership packages.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
  • Provide relationship guidance regarding profile creation and partner preferences.
  • Coordinate with customer support team for service delivery.
  • Handle walk-in customers and tele-calling leads.
  • Update daily sales reports to the reporting manager.
  • Maintain professional and ethical communication with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
