We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a Mechanical Engineering background to join our manpower supply company in UAE.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum experience in a Human Resource / Manpower Supply company is required
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge in construction, MEP, industrial, and manpower requirements
• Ability to generate new clients and maintain strong business relationships
• Can join immediately

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for manpower supply services
• Promote company services to construction, engineering, MEP, and industrial clients
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations team regarding client manpower requirements
• Report to Senior Management
• Follow up inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Assist clients with manpower planning and project staffing requirements
• Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
