Sales Executive – Media Marketing Agency

We are hiring a Sales Executive to join ZERO TO HERO, a specialized media marketing agency focused on real estate marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning across the UAE market.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional experienced in working with marketing agencies and capable of acquiring new real estate and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients

Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and direct channels

Present company services and marketing solutions

Schedule and attend client meetings

Understand client needs and propose tailored packages

Coordinate with internal marketing teams

Close deals and maintain client relationships

Requirements :

Fluent in Arabic and English

Proven experience in marketing agency sales

Strong LinkedIn prospecting & outreach skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Understanding of marketing services such as:

Lead Generation

Content Production

Branding

Advertising Campaigns

Ability to pitch service-based solutions

Experience in B2B sales

Preferred Qualifications :

Background in real estate marketing

Experience dealing with government entities or semi-government organizations

Existing network within UAE property market

CRM usage experience

Presentation & proposal skills

Ability to close high-value deals

Compensation :

Fixed Salary + Commission Structure

Performance-based incentives
