Position Overview:

We are hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive for our US Medical Billing services.

Location: Onsite
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Salary: PKR Upto 50,000/month
Work Location: II Chundrigar Road, Near Tower (Karachi)

Key Responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly & monthly sales targets and ensure achievement
• Handle escalated leads and close high-value US clients
• Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM
• Prepare daily & monthly sales performance reports
• Coordinate with billing & operations teams for smooth client onboarding
• Ensure team discipline, motivation & performance growth

Required Skills & Experience:

• 0 to 6 months experience Sales
• Excellent spoken & written English
• Strong closing, negotiation & objection handling skills
• Ability to work in US Night Shift
• Target-driven and leadership mindset
