We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive – Mid Level to elevate our luxury retail experience and drive exceptional sales performance in our premium showroom.

Your Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand—creating memorable experiences, building lasting relationships, and inspiring customers through the art of fragrance storytelling.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience

  • Deliver personalized, high-end customer service.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and fragrance storytelling.
  • Recommend products based on customer lifestyle, preferences, and occasions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VIP and loyal clients.

Product Promotion & Merchandising

  • Promote new launches, special collections, and best-sellers.
  • Maintain immaculate product displays and tester presentation.
  • Support in-store campaigns and promotional activities.

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and proper product handling.
  • Assist with regular stock counts.

Brand Representation

  • Stay updated on fragrance notes, collections, and brand heritage.
  • Attend training sessions and continuously enhance product expertise.
  • Maintain impeccable grooming and luxury retail etiquette at all times.

What We’re Looking For

✔ 1–2 years of retail/sales experience (perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury fashion preferred)
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage)
✔ Passion for luxury brands and fragrance culture
✔ Target-driven, confident, and customer-focused personality

Work Environment

  • Premium retail showroom setting in the UAE
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended mall hours
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
