Role Purpose:
Responsible for achieving sales volume and revenue by directly selling in the assigned modern trade accounts, as per plan. through high quality customer service (e.g., communication, rapport building, attentiveness to customer needs) while booking sales orders using the designated handheld device.
Accountabilities:

Sell and execute all products in assigned accounts in order to achieve sales volumes and distribution targets, as per plan

Execute the cascaded plan to the account level in order to ensure achievement of sales volumes and distribution targets

Ensure adherence to DSO limits set by Finance at all times by meeting the monthly collection plan targets Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed.

Provide updates on market events and competitive intelligence inputs to supervise on regular / daily basis to support development and execution of market and competitive tactical responses

Ensure full visibility of sales performance at all times by updating scoreboards of daily performance achievement for volume, distribution and execution
Job Requirements:

Bachelors’ degree in relevant field

2-3 years of frontline sales experience in FMCG industry.

Negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in English and Arabic Language

Microsoft Office skills

Valid driving license.
