Job Description – Showroom Sales Executive (Sanitary / Tiles / Pipe Fittings / Construction Materials)

Position: Sales Executive (Multiple Positions)
Location: [R.J. SONS MARKETING PVT. LTD. Itachali Nagaon]
Industry: Sanitary, Tiles, Pipe Fittings, Construction Materials (including Cement, Rod, etc.)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers at the showroom and provide product information.
• Promote and sell sanitary ware, tiles, pipe fittings, cement, rods, and other construction materials.
• Handle inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
• Conduct local marketing and promotional activities as instructed by management to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Keep showroom displays attractive and updated.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in building/construction materials).
• Good communication skills – must be fluent in Assamese and Hindi (knowledge of English will be an added advantage).
• Smart, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple types of customers (retail & wholesale).
• Willingness to learn and adapt (training will be provided).
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
