Qualification
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills (English proficiency is an must).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in Esri GIS, IT solutions, AI, or Data Science domains.
  • Strong understanding of geospatial technologies, data-driven solutions, and AI innovations.
  • Experience working with government clients in Abu Dhabi/UAE is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Job Responsibility

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with knowledge in Esri GIS and IT solutions to join our IST Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, deep knowledge of geospatial and emerging technologies, and excellent communication skills in Arabic. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our market presence in the UAE and GCC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of Esri GIS platforms, IT, AI, and Data Science services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government and enterprise clients in the UAE and GCC.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their digital transformation needs.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations in Arabic and English.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution architectures.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development.
  • Represent the company at events, tech conferences, and industry exhibitions.
  • Keep up to date with advancements in GIS, AI, and Data Science applications in smart cities, utilities, environment, and infrastructure.
